- Semester credits: biology, general chemistry, organic chemistry and physics with labs 8 each; English 6; biochemistry 3. Limited AP and community-college substitutions are described.

- Preferred overall and science GPA: 3.0. The page labels these as preferences.
- DAT policy
- U.S. DAT required. For 2026–27, scores after June 1, 2021 are accepted. The preferred-score section still uses legacy AA/PAT/TS 17; confirm current-scale interpretation.

- At least 50 hours of assisting and/or shadowing.
- Recommendation letters
- Committee letter/packet encouraged; otherwise three evaluations. Science faculty, research mentors, advisers and employers are suggested.
