Build a study plan you can actually keep

Schedule focused work, learn from practice, and adjust.

01

Start with the official exam information

Review the current candidate guide, tested content, eligibility and scheduling requirements. Use the ADA for the DAT and JCNDE for the INBDE. For the INBDE, coordinate your timing with your school.

02

Make your available time visible

Put classes, work and essential commitments on your calendar first. Choose realistic study blocks with clear topics. Include breaks and lighter weeks instead of filling every available hour.

03

Use practice to choose the next session

After practice, record the source and score scale, what you missed and why. Separate a knowledge gap from a timing or reading error. Schedule specific follow-up rather than repeating the same practice without review.

04

Review your plan weekly

Check which sessions happened and what you learned. Adjust the coming week. Practice scores from different providers and scales are not necessarily comparable, and the planner does not convert them into an official score prediction.

Go to the source

Use the current instructions from your school, application service, exam provider or licensing board when making decisions.
