FutureDentist stores the profile details, saved schools, application notes, target dates, checklist progress, experiences, letter-writer details, essays, calendar entries, and expense estimates that you choose to enter.

How your account works

Sign-in is provided through Supabase using your email and password or, when enabled, Google. FutureDentist uses your account identifier to keep your workspace separate from other users. Your information is not displayed in a public applicant profile.

What is saved

Vercel hosts the website, and Supabase stores your account and workspace so you can return to your work. Data travels over HTTPS on the hosted site. The site operator and hosting provider may have administrative access; avoid storing sensitive identity documents, financial account details, or patient information.

Email and preferences

Resend delivers account confirmation and password recovery emails. Optional application guides and product updates require a separate opt-in in My profile. We share your confirmed email address and subscription choice with Resend when you choose these updates. Unsubscribe in your profile or through an email’s preference link. This does not stop essential account emails. We do not send your essays, grades, or school list to Resend.

Your choices

You can edit your profile, remove saved schools and their notes, clear your drafts, or download your planning data. The My profile section includes a complete data export and an option to permanently delete your saved workspace. Sample workspace changes stay in memory and disappear when you leave or reload. Signing out ends access to your account on that browser; it does not erase saved work.

School information

School names and website links are based on ADEA’s directory. FutureDentist is an independent planning tool and is not affiliated with ADEA, ADA, or the schools listed. It does not submit applications or predict admissions outcomes.
